Positive Thinking + Positive Action = Positive Results


One of the simplest formulas to success out there and has been proven to be
effective. Positive thinking and action begets a positive result / reaction. To
dream or visualize is not enough to make a positive result but put forth a little
positive elbow grease and usually a positive result will appear. The real secret
behind this is you must have focus and a direction for all of this positivity. Random
and aimless positivity bears little fruit . If you want a apple tree in your yard you
don’t just plant the seed and hope it grows you have to all your effort into its
care and cultivation. If you plant it and think oh it wont grow so why bother watering
it or keeping it fertilized then good chance it will either not grow or bear no fruit.
Plants  will only grow in the right climate and soil and our dreams and desires need
the right environment to be able to grow. A simple example is if one wants to own a
surf board shop he wouldn’t open it in the desert would he? But basically one must
not only dream he needs to create and cultivate in order to become successful

These Principles have been taught in religions and philosophies through out the
centuries. The Principle of faith is a common denominator among most teachings
and is also a key to being successful and happy. For faith spawns hope and hope
fuels dreams and the men/women who make them become reality.

Another Few Miles


Well went out in 30 Degree Weather for a 2 mile bike ride today
Amazing how fast your body starts improving with exercise
Hopefully before long ill be riding 20 mile rides or better. Right now
10 Miles is about my limit in good weather.(And that’s Pushing it lol)

Found a Pretty Good DVD Copying Software to Back up My DVD Movies.
It Can Copy any DVD to a DVD-R or DVD+R Pretty Nifty For the Price of 59$
The only issue it has is it uses DVD43 which is not 64 bit windows Compatible
But works Quite Good on the 32Bit versions of Windows and is Win7 Compatible (32bit)

The Benefits of Flaxseed

Is flaxseed the new wonder food? Preliminary studies show that flaxseed may help fight everything from heart disease and diabetes to breast cancer.

Some call it one of the most powerful plant foods on the planet. There’s some evidence it can help reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes. That’s quite a tall order for a tiny seed that’s been around for centuries: flaxseed.

Flaxseed was cultivated in Babylon as early as 3000 BC, according to the Flax Council of Canada. By the 8th century, King Charlemagne believed so strongly in the health benefits of flaxseed that he passed laws requiring his subjects to consume it. Fast-forward 13 centuries, and some experts would say we have preliminary research to back up what Charlemagne suspected all those years ago.

These days, flaxseed is found in all kinds of foods, from crackers to frozen waffles to oatmeal. In the first 11 months of 2006, 75 new products were launched that listed flax or flaxseed as an ingredient. Not only has consumer demand for flaxseed gone up, agricultural use has also increased — to feed all those chickens laying eggs that are higher in omega-3 fatty acids.

Although flaxseed contains all sorts of healthy components, it owes its healthy reputation primarily to three ingredients:

  • Omega-3 essential fatty acids, "good" fats that have been shown to have heart-healthy effects. Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3s.
  • Lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities. Flaxseed contains 75- 800 times more lignans than other plant foods
  • Fiber. Flaxseed contains both the soluble and insoluble types.

Some demons we carry within are not of our own making.

Some thoughts we think can change our lives.
Some thoughts we think can destroy us from within
Some thoughts we think can become reality while others will remain fantasy.

Some People bring out the best within us all.
Some People Know how to make your Day.
Some people are always full of hope and joy and spread it freely.

Some paths can lead us to hell
Some paths can go in Circles
Some paths can lead us to Heaven

We can choose which people we associate with.
We can challenge the demons within and win.
We can choose the thoughts we think.
We do choose the path we follow.

The Evolution of a Journey Through Life


  I stand alone, Facing the morning and traveling into the night.
Others may walk beside me but to them i am but a piece of the scenery.
We all stand alone in the light of the day and through the darkness of the night.
Even in a crowded street we are alone in our journey through life.

  Once and a while we may stop and be one with the rest of the travelers.
Sharing thoughts and ideas with each other until we go back out on our journey.
Each persons journey through life is his or her own to take.
Each choice and decision is their own to make

  Sometimes you may be fortunate and have a companion who travels a similar path.
Those of us who are lucky enough to have such a blessing should enjoy it while it lasts.
Because eventually their path will fork off and we will be once again alone on our Journey.
Embrace the love you are given and return the love to all that you are fortunate to travel with.

Though I travel alone, I travel with all of creation towards the light that awaits us all.
The illusion of being alone fades to show me that we all travel through life together.
We all travel towards the light blinded by the darkness behind us and the loneliness is but our
desire to be one with all creation.

Tweeknow Power pack 2009


I downloaded and tried a freeware program the other day called tweeknow Power pack 2009. Packed full of utilities such as Registry cleaner , Registry defragmenter, track cleaner and more. Considering that most registry cleaners / defragmenters are around 29 us dollars or more to purchase this in itself makes this utility suite a great download. It also contains tweaks for windows xp, vista and windows 7. So far all the tweaks seem to be safe and hasn’t caused any problems on my system which is running Windows 7 64 bit.

So if your looking for a free Tweak,Registry and disk utility this would be one I would suggest you try.

Trash and Debris


  I was walking back from the local gas station the other day here in south eastern Kentucky and noticed all along the roadside trash and debris. So much trash and debris that it was sliding down into one of our smaller local rivers. I never thought i would see such a thing in a mountain town, our roadsides have became so full of trash and debris it looked more like some of the large cities i have lived in.

  Such a shame to watch such beautiful land and resources get polluted and destroyed before my eyes. Between the trash and the coal mine pollution around this area the wildlife and local population will be effected in a negative way. Everyone is responsible for the pollution and we all should take pride in our beautiful country we live in. Hopefully one day we will realize what is at stake and clean up the pollution so future generations can continue to enjoy what Kentucky and the rest of the U.S. take for granted.
